HOW TO SET A CUSTOM  TEMPLATE TO YOUR BLOGGER

STEP-1:open blogger.com in google

STEP -2:open your page and go to settings main frame

STEP-3:Now go to template option

STEP-4:CLICK ON backup and restore BUTTON

STEP-5: NOW choose the file where you downloaded the custom template 

NOTE:-DO NOT UPLOAD THE ENTIRE FILE OPEN THE FILE YOU WILL FIND A XML FILE UPLOAD IT.

STEP-6:CLICK UPLOAD

THEN ITS DONE ,HAVE A NICE DAY
